Servings: 2
- 1½ frozen bananas
- 1½ cup frozen pineapple
- 2 large peaches remove the seed
- 2 Medjool dates remove the pit
- 1 cup of yogurt
- 1 cup water
Remove the pits from the Medjool dates and peaches. In the blender, add all of the ingredients.
Blend on high for about 30 seconds until smooth. Add more liquid if desiring a thinner consistency.
- Honey and agave nectar can be substituted in lieu of Medjool dates.
- Fresh pineapple can be substituted for frozen pineapple.
- Substitute nectarines for peaches.
- Storage: Store the smoothie in the fridge for up to 16 hours. Keep at room temperature for up to 1 hour. Another option for this banana peach yogurt smoothie is storing the banana, pineapple, and peaches in freezer-friendly storage bags. Add yogurt, dates, frozen fruit, and water to a blender. If the peaches are frozen, you will need to add a little more water.
