Strawberry Pomegranate Smoothie
This vegan strawberry pomegranate smoothie is made with bananas, pomegranate arils, blueberry, strawberries, dates, and flaxseeds.
Servings: 2
- 1 frozen banana
- 1½ cups of frozen strawberries about 12 strawberries
- ⅔ cup pomegranate seeds
- ⅓ cup frozen blueberries
- 5 sukkari dates or 2 Medjool dates
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed optional
- 2 cups water
Add all of the ingredients into the blender.
Fill the blender with water that's just enough to cover the fruit (about 2 cups).
Blend on high for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Taste and check the consistency. If wanting a sweeter smoothie, add more dates. If wanting a thinner smoothie, add more water.
- This smoothie can be stored in the fridge for up to 10 hours, so it can be made ahead of time the night before.
