Pineapple Kiwi Spinach Green Smoothie

This pineapple kiwi green smoothie with spinach tastes delicious! It's made with all-natural ingredients, and perfect for getting in some fruits and vegetable servings. 
Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • whole frozen banana can also use a peeled fresh banana
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple peeled and cubed
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 honey crisp apple cored
  • 4 Medjool dates with pit removed
  • 2 whole kiwi peeled
  • 10 fresh mint leaves
  • 4 cups water

Instructions

  • Put everything in the Vitamix blender. Blend on high for about 30 seconds or until smooth.
  • Pour and enjoy!

Notes

  1. Make sure banana and pineapple are frozen.
  2. Other apples can be substituted for the honeycrisp apple.
  3. Make sure the spinach leaves and mint leaves are fresh.
  4. Storage: Pineapple kiwi smoothies last for about 8 hours in the fridge. It's a great double-batch recipe to have for a later snack in the day.
  5. Substitute honey, maple syrup, or agave nectar for pitted dates.
  6. Add almond milk, cashew milk, or oat milk.
