Pineapple Kiwi Spinach Green Smoothie
This pineapple kiwi green smoothie with spinach tastes delicious! It's made with all-natural ingredients, and perfect for getting in some fruits and vegetable servings.

- 1½ whole frozen banana can also use a peeled fresh banana
- 1 cup frozen pineapple peeled and cubed
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 honey crisp apple cored
- 4 Medjool dates with pit removed
- 2 whole kiwi peeled
- 10 fresh mint leaves
- 4 cups water
- Make sure banana and pineapple are frozen.
- Other apples can be substituted for the honeycrisp apple.
- Make sure the spinach leaves and mint leaves are fresh.
- Storage: Pineapple kiwi smoothies last for about 8 hours in the fridge. It's a great double-batch recipe to have for a later snack in the day.
- Substitute honey, maple syrup, or agave nectar for pitted dates.
- Add almond milk, cashew milk, or oat milk.
