Apple Cinnamon Greek Yogurt Granola

Apple cinnamon Greek yogurt granola is a quick breakfast made with Greek yogurt, maple syrup, apple, cinnamon, and granola.
Servings: 1 person

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 whole apple cored and cubed
  • cup granola
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Mix the maple syrup, ground cinnamon, and Greek yogurt together.
  • Core and cube the apple.
  • Add the apple and granola on top of the creamy yogurt base.

Notes

  1. Make ahead instructions: Pre-mix the yogurt with maple syrup and cinnamon. Store the cubed apples, yogurt, and granola separately until ready to eat.
  2. Substitutions:
    • Use any kind of yogurt instead of plain fat-free Greek yogurt.
    • Substitute any apple type.
    • Use honey or agave nectar instead of maple syrup.
  3. Storage: Store the yogurt base in an airtight container separately from the apples and granola in the fridge. This will keep the granola crunchy!
