Meatless Baked Ziti

This vegetarian baked ziti is the perfect weeknight meal with only 15 minutes of hands-on time.

This pasta bake only needs four ingredients: creamy ricotta cheese, ziti pasta, shredded mozzarella, and jarred pasta sauce.

Boil the ziti pasta noodles until al dente as per the package instructions. 

Add a bottom layer of pasta sauce. 

Then add half of the ziti pasta noodles.

Add some more pasta sauce, then ricotta cheese, and finally mozzarella cheese.

Repeat a second layer: pasta sauce, ziti noodles, pasta sauce, ricotta cheese, and mozzarella cheese.

Place the ziti pasta bake in the middle of a 375℉ (190℃) preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
