How To Make  High Protein Oatmeal

This delicious protein oatmeal is made with collagen peptides, banana, quick oats, water, strawberries, and a pinch of salt.

Mash the banana and collagen peptides together.

Set the creamy banana and collagen powder mixture aside.

In a stovetop pot on high heat, add the quick oats, water, and salt. 

Cook the oats, continuing to stir until they thicken up (about one to two minutes). Turn off the heat.

Add in the mashed banana and peptides.

Pour the oatmeal into a bowl. Top with fresh berries.
