Chocolate Yummy (Layered Chocolate Lasagna)

This four-layer chocolate pudding dessert is also known as chocolate delight, chocolate yummy, and a mountain mama.

Made with a pecan butter crust, cream cheese layer, chocolate pudding middle, and topped with homemade whipped cream, this dessert is so good!

In a bowl, mix the crushed pecans, melted butter, flour, and salt.

Press the butter pecan crust into a thin layer in a baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes at 350℉ (175℃).

Make the cream cheese layer by mixing the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and whipping cream together. Set aside.

Make the chocolate pudding layer by mixing the instant pudding mix and milk. Set aside.

Make the whipped cream layer by whipping heavy whipping cream with some powdered sugar. Time to assemble the dessert!

Add the cream cheese layer onto the butter pecan crust. Spread into a layer.

Spread the chocolate pudding layer.

Spread the whipped cream layer.

Sprinkle some chopped pecans on top. Enjoy!
