Mediterranean  Olive Tapenade

This 3 ingredient black olive tapenade takes 5 minutes to whip up.

Serve with French bread, pita chips, or crackers, it's a versatile appetizer dip.

Gather the ingredients: olive oil, a fresh garlic clove (cut into pieces), and pitted canned black olives.

Add the olives, olive oil, and garlic to a food processor. Add a pinch of salt (if the olives are unsalted).

Pulse on high until combined (about 20 to 30 seconds). Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
