This 15-minute baguette garlic bread is super simple and delicious.
All you need are just a few simple ingredients: garlic cloves, butter, salt, and a fresh baguette
It's important to use a fresh baguette made the same day!
Preheat the oven to 375 ℉ (190 ℃). Slice the baguette into 1" slices using a serrated knife.
Melt the butter in the microwave. Set aside.
Mash the garlic cloves with a pinch of salt. Continue mashing until the garlic forms a paste.
Add the garlic paste to the melted butter.
Spread the garlic butter on the face of the sliced baguette.
Wrap the whole baguette in parchment paper then foil. This is important to keep the baguette from drying out.
Bake at 375 ℉ (190 ℃) for 10 minutes. Unwrap and enjoy right away.
