Fit Turkey Chili

This fit turkey chili is made with three beans, fire roasted tomatoes, vegetables, lean ground turkey, garlic, chili powder, ground cumin, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.

Sautee the diced onions in olive oil on medium-high heat.

Add the ground turkey and minced garlic. Using the wooden spoon break up the clumps until cooked through.

Add the chopped bell peppers, celery, and corn.

Add the three cans of beans: white beans, kidney beans, and black beans.

Add the fire-roasted canned tomatoes and water. Measure out the chili spices: chili seasoning, dried oregano, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper.

Cover the pot and cook on medium heat for 45 minutes.

Top with some sour cream, Greek yogurt, cheddar cheese, fresh cilantro, a squeeze of lime, or whatever your heart fancies!
