Labneh with Za'atar and Olive Oil

Za'atar labneh is a simple and quick way to make your plain labneh dip into something special. 

This za'atar labneh needs just four ingredients: labneh, za'atar dry spice, salt, and olive oil. Use store-bought labneh or make labneh from scratch by straining yogurt with a cloth for 6 to 8 hours.

Add labneh to a plate or bowl. Sprinkle some za'atar spice and flaked salt on top.

Drizzle the za'atar labneh with olive oil.

Serve with pita bread or pita chips.
