Well Done Bone-In Ribeye Roast

This fail-proof bone-in ribeye roast recipe is so tender. You can use prime rib or t-bone roast as well for this recipe.

This recipe is for a well-done roast. The roast will cook for at least 4 hours. The temperature depends on the size of the roast. A chart is on the recipe post.

The main ingredients are potatoes, carrots, tomatoes, garlic, onion, and a bone-in ribeye roast.

The marinade  ingredients are fresh rosemary, fresh thyme, honey, butter, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Add the honey, softened butter, olive oil, salt, pepper, rosemary, thyme, and crushed garlic to a bowl.

Mix the marinade.

Chop up some vegetables. Add to the bottom of the pan. Add salt and pepper.

Add the ribeye roast on top. Lather the marinade all over the roast. Add some water to the pan.

Add a few layers of foil. Close very tightly all around the edges.

Roast in the middle of the oven between 325 ℉ and  375 ℉ for about 4 hours. Temperature charts are on recipe post.

Roast should be "brisket-like" tender. Carve in between the bones.

The meat should fall off of the bone.
