Easy Truffle  Mac and Cheese

White truffle mac and cheese is a 20-minute stovetop pasta dish made from macaroni elbows, sharp cheddar, Gouda, and white truffle oil.

In a large stovetop pot, melt butter. Add flour.

Using a whisk, mix the flour and butter together for about a minute.

Add milk while continuing to whisk on the stovetop.

Once the béchamel sauce coats the back of a wooden spoon, add the shredded Sharp cheddar and Gouda.

Turn the stovetop down, and continue mixing until the cheese melts into the sauce.

Add white truffle oil to the cheese sauce.

Add cooked macaroni elbows to the white truffle cheese sauce.

Mix well and serve!
