Tahini halva is a decadent no-bake dessert common throughout the Middle East. It's a sweet crumbly mixture made with tahini paste, powdered milk, powdered sugar, and pistachios.
Add the powdered milk, tahini, powdered sugar, and rosewater (if using) into a food processor.
Blend the ingredients until well combined.
Ina small container, add some parchment paper. Add some shelled crushed pistachios.
Add the tahini halva mixture on top of the crushed pistachios.
Press the mixture flat with the back of a spoon.
Add some crushed pistachios on top. Let the halva sit in the fridge for an hour prior to slicing.
