This vegan strawberry pomegranate smoothie takes 5-minutes to make, is packed full of nutrients, and tastes delicious.
It's made with frozen pomegranate arils, frozen banana, frozen strawberries, frozen blueberries, pitted Mejdool dates, and flaxseed seeds.
Add everything into the blender. Add about 2 cups of water.
Blend on high. Adjust consistency by adding more water. Adjust the sweetness by adding more dates (or honey).
