Strawberry Banana Smoothie

This vegan strawberry banana pineapple smoothie has FOUR ingredients and can be whipped up in 5 minutes.

It's made with frozen strawberries, frozen bananas, pineapple (frozen or fresh), and Medjool dates.

Remove the pit from the dates.

Add the frozen strawberries, frozen banana, frozen pineapple, and date to the blender. Add about 2 cups of water.

Blend on high until combined completely. Add more water for a lighter consistency if desired. Add honey or another date for a sweeter smoothie.
