Beef Shish Kabob Skewers

These beef shish kabob skewers are made with bell pepper, onion, and cubes of beef. Use ribeye, sirloin, filet mignon, or strip. The kabobs take only a few minutes to grill on a hot grill.

You can season with salt and pepper. Or, you can make a marinade with tomato paste, lemon juice, garlic powder, dried herbs, and lemon juice.

Add the marinade ingredients to a large bowl.

Add the cubes of beef. Mix well until the marinade coats the beef. Let the beef marinate for 10 minutes while preparing the bell peppers and onions.

Get the skewers ready. You can use metal or bamboo.

Skewer the beef, bell pepper, and onions alternating. Put about five beef cubes per skewer.

Grill the kabobs on a hot grill. I am using an open grill with wooden logs. Gas grills work too, just make sure they are hot. Rotate the kabobs every minute or two. These cook quickly!
