Roasted Whole  Red Snapper

This roasted whole red snapper fish recipe is infused with delicious Mediterranean flavors.

Roasted whole fish just needs a whole fish, lemons, olive oil, onion, garlic, and fresh herbs.

Heat the oven to 425 ℉ (220 ℃). Peel and slice the onion.

Cut the garlic in half. Cut the lemon into wedges.

Cut slits into the whole fish about 1" apart.

Stuff the garlic, lemon, and fresh herbs into the fish cavity. Lay the fish on top of sliced onions.

Bake the fish at 425 ℉ (220 ℃) for about 30 minutes.
