Pizza Dough  Cinnamon Rolls

For 12 cinnamon rolls, you need 28 ounces of pizza dough, brown sugar, butter, ground cinnamon, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.

On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle. Spread the softened butter into the dough with your fingers.

In a bowl, mix the brown sugar and ground cinnamon together. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over the dough.

Roll the dough into a log.

Using fine thread, floss, or a sharp knife, cut the log into 12 even pieces. Place the cinnamon rolls in a parchment paper lined baking sheet.

Let the cinnamon rolls rise for about 45 minutes while you prepare the cream cheese frosting. Preheat the oven to 350 ℉ (177 ℃).

With a mixer, mix the softened butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Set aside.

Bake the cinnamon rolls at 350 ℉ for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Let the cinnamon rolls cool for about 20 minutes before frosting.

Frost the cinnamon rolls with cream cheese icing. Serve while the cinnamon rolls are warm and gooey!
