Roasted Steelhead Trout  with Garlic Butter

This roasted steelhead trout with garlic lime butter sauce is a tender, flaky baked fish that can be whipped up in about 30 minutes.

Heat up the oven to 425 ℉ (218 ℃). Slice up some lemon and onions.

Add the sliced onions in a baking dish. Sprinkle some olive oil on top.

Lay the steelhead trout on top of the onions. Squeeze half a lemon on top.

Sprinkle some  salt, pepper, and dried herbs.

Lay some sliced lemons on top of the steelhead trout. Bake at 425 ℉ (218 ℃) for about 20 to 25 minutes.

While the fish is baking, fry some mashed garlic in butter.

Squeeze some lime in the garlic butter.

Pour garlic lime butter sauce on top of the roasted steelhead trout.
