Lebanese Grilled Kafta Skewers

Lebanese kafta kabobs are made up of minced meat mixed with aromatic herbs and spices, then skewered on a stick and grilled to perfection. 

Add ground lamb or beef to a bowl. 85% to 90% fat content is the best for these minced meat kabobs.

Add chopped parsley and minced garlic.

Add the finely chopped onions, allspice, cinnamon, Lebanese seven spice, and salt.

Mix the ground meat and spices together with your hands until the mixture is uniform.

Skewer the minced meat mixture dipping your hands in water. Place on a grill or electric grill pan for a few minutes on each side.
