Garlic & Rosemary  Lamb Chops

These garlic and rosemary lamb chops are made with garlic, lemon juice, fresh rosemary, lamb chops, olive oil, and salt. They are grilled to perfection in just a few minutes!

Cut the lamb rack in between the bones to make individual lamb chops.

Crush the garlic with some salt using a mortar and pestle. Alternatively, use a garlic press.

Chop the fresh rosemary sprigs.

Squeeze the lemon.

Mix the lemon juice, crushed garlic, chopped rosemary, olive oil, and salt in a small bowl.

Add the marinade to the lamb chops. Mix well.

Wrap the bowl in plastic wrap while you fire up the grill.

Cook the lamb chops on a hot preheated grill for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Place the lamb chops in a dish and cover with aluminum foil for about 3 minutes before serving.
