These easy-baked chicken wings just need three ingredients: dry rub, salt, and chicken wings. I used shawarma seasoning here!
Pat dry the wings with a paper towel. This helps them get crispy.
Add the dry rub and salt. Mix well.
On a parchment paper baking sheet, lay the wings and drumettes with the fattiest side up.
Convection bake at 400℉ (205℃) for about 40 minutes or until the wings are crispy. Don't flip the wings!
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce!
