Baked Chicken Thighs and Turmeric Rice

This chicken thigh and rice recipe is full of flavor. It's made with onion, garlic, chicken thighs, basmati rice, salt, pepper, spices, and olive oil.

Season the thighs with spices and salt. Bake at 400 ℉ (205 ℃) for 45 minutes while preparing the rice.

Pulse the garlic and onions with a food processor.

Fry the onion and garlic mixture in olive oil.

Add the spices.

Add the basmati rice.

Add water, then pour the rice mixture into a baking dish.

Put foil on top of the baking dish. Bake at 400 ℉ (205 ℃) for 30 minutes.

Pull the rice out and fluff with a fork.

Add the chicken thighs on top. Cook for another 15 to 20 minutes in a 400 ℉ (205 ℃) so the flavors infuse together.
