Candied Pecan and Gorgonzola Spinach Salad

This apple gorgonzola spinach salad is made of baby spinach, toffee pecans, sliced apples,  gorgonzola cheese, and dried cranberries.

This salad is so full of flavor, and it's easy to whip up! Use store-bought toffee pecans to cut down on time.

Add the sliced granny smith apples, washed baby spinach, toffee pecans, crumbled gorgonzola cheese, and dried cranberries to a bowl.

Make the homemade vinaigrette. Mix dijon mustard, red wine vinegar, dried herbs, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add some olive oil. Mix well.

Add the dried herb vinaigrette to the apple gorgonzola spinach salad right before serving. Enjoy!
