  • Two whole herring fish
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 2 small red onions
  • 3/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Tahini
  • 4 limes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Remove meat from smoked herring fish.
  2. Chop bell peppers, onions, and herring fish into similarly sized pieces. Add all ingredients to a bowl.
  3. Squeeze 4 whole limes over the ingredients.
  4. Add yogurt and tahini.
