- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 cup of milk
- 10 cashews
- 3 tbsp of shredded coconut
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 Medjool date
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Pit the Medjool date. Add all of the ingredients to the blender.
- Blend on high.
Notes
- Substitute oat milk, cashew milk, or almond milk for cow's milk to make vegan.
- Substitute almonds, macadamia nuts, pecans, or walnuts in lieu of cashews.
