Description

This banana peach yogurt smoothie is made with frozen bananas, pineapple, yogurt, and fresh peaches. It's the ultimate end-of-summer treat.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 frozen bananas
  • 1.5 cup frozen pineapple
  • 2 large peaches (remove the seed)
  • 2 Medjool dates (remove the pit)
  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • 1 cup of water

Instructions

  1. In the blender, add all of the ingredients.
  2. Blend on high for about 30 seconds until smooth. 

Notes

  1. Honey and agave nectar can be substituted in lieu of Medjool dates.
  2. Fresh pineapple can be substituted for frozen pineapple.
  3. Substitute nectarines for peaches.
