Garlic Butter  Shrimp Pasta

This easy shrimp pasta is made with a lemon garlic butter sauce. The ingredients are fresh lemon, butter, garlic, olive oil, parsley, and shrimp.

Baby spinach and shredded parmesan are mixed in.

The best pasta to use is angel hair pasta.

Boil the pasta while making the shrimp. Crush garlic into a paste. You can also finely mince the garlic.

Add butter and olive oil on medium-high heat.

Add peeled and deveined raw shrimp in a single layer. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Once the shrimp starts turning pink, add the crushed garlic. Flip the shrimp over one by one to cook evenly.

Squeeze lemon juice on top.

Cover the skillet for about 2 minutes while the shrimp cooks through. Add chopped parsley on top. Remove the shrimp from the sauce.

Add the fresh baba spinach and about 1 cup of pasta water.

Cook until the spinach wilts.

Add the cooked angel hair pasta and shredded parmesan.

Top with cooked garlic butter shrimp.

Mix together and enjoy!
