Egg fritters are made with garlic, onions, carrots, parsley, spices, flour, salt, frying oil, and eggs. Chop the parsley.
Blitz the garlic, onion, and carrot in the food processor.
Crack the eggs. Add the flour, salt, and spices.
Add the parsley and blitzed veggies.
Mix well.
Heat up the oil. Slowly drop the egg batter in the oil. Flip once golden. Place on a paper towel to soak up extra oil. Serve with some pita bread!
