Brioche french toast is a 10 minute french toast breakfast made with thick sliced bakery brioche, eggs, milk, sugar, pumpkin spice, butter, vanilla extract, and maple syrup.
Crack the eggs in a wide shallow bowl.
Remove two of the three egg yolks with a spoon.
Add the pumpkin spice (or ground cinnamon), milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and pinch of salt.
Whisk with a fork until the egg mixture is fully combined
If using frozen bakery brioche, defrost int he microwave for 15 seconds. Place the slice of bread in the egg mixture for 30 seconds per side.
Soak in the egg mixture on both sides! Heat a wide frying pan on medium-low heat. Add some butter.
Place the soaked brioche bread slices on the frying pan. Cook slowing for about four minutes per side. Check to make sure the toast is cooking slowly.
Flip the toast once they are golden brown. Serve with pure maple syrup and fresh berries.
