Rosemary  Grilled Chicken Thighs

These grilled boneless skinless chicken thighs are marinated with garlic, lemon juice, fresh rosemary, olive oil, and salt. They take only 20 minutes from start to finish!

Crush the garlic with some salt using a mortar and pestle. Alternatively, use a garlic press.

Chop the fresh rosemary sprigs.

Squeeze the lemon.

Mix the lemon juice, crushed garlic, chopped rosemary, olive oil, and salt in a small bowl.

Pour the marinade onto the chicken thighs. Mix well.

Let the chicken thighs marinate for a minimum of 5 minutes.

Grill the chicken thighs for about 4 to 6 minutes per side. The time depends on the grill temperature.
