Broiled Garlic Lemon Lamb Kabobs

These tender, juicy, oven broiled lamb kabobs are an easy 15-minute weeknight meal.

Cut a boneless lamb shoulder into chunks about 1" in size.

Mash the garlic with salt using a mortar and pestle. Squeeze the lemons. Mix the garlic and lemon together and marinate the chunks of lamb for 3 hours.

Peel and cut the onions into chunks that can be skewered. The marinated lamb should turn brown from the acidity of the lemon.

Soak the wooden skewers in water.

Broil the lamb kabobs in the oven turning the kabobs a quarter turn every 2 to 3 minutes.

The lamb and onions should be evenly roasted.
